Visitors, enquirers, coaching clients, build clients, and anyone who contacts Tima through this website or the tools linked from it.
Information that may be collected
- Your name and email address when you send an enquiry.
- The details you choose to share in a form: your project, your timeline, your budget range.
- Your date, time and place of birth, if you request a Soul Blueprint reading. They are used only to prepare your reading.
- Booking details when you book a call through Calendly.
- Payment details when a paid service is confirmed. Payments are handled by the payment provider, and card details never reach this website.
- Basic website data, such as device or browser information, if analytics are added later.
How your information is used
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange and deliver coaching sessions and build work.
- To keep the records needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your details are not added to a mailing list and are not shared with anyone else, other than the tools named below, which are needed to run the service.
